SIF Coverage: Medley Festival Round 5 Introduction

Tiro Finale is on the scene to bring you full coverage of School Idol Festival's Medley Festival Round 5, a day late. Apologies about that beforehand but, as they say, better late than never. Instead of delaying it any further, let us get right into the thick of it. This time, we have a 11 day Medley Festival event running from the 20th till the 30th of May. The event centers around everyone's favorite idol, Yazawa Nico with the featured theme being "Apparition".

As always, participation in the event earns you points which subsequently unlocks various rewards at certain milestones. Collect 25,000 points and you will receive the event's SR card, Apparition Nico. A more detailed explanation of Medley Festivals can be found here so, do check it out if you are new to this type of event on SIF. 

Aside from collecting points to earn rewards, players would also aim to collect as many points as possible to outrank one another. Qualify within the Top 1000 and Top 5000 lands you in Tier 1 and 2 respectively. Both these tiers reward players with additional event SR(s), two for Tier 1 and one for Tier 2; effectively allowing players to idolize the event's SR. This not only bolsters the members strength but, also unlocks the character's Side Story.

Here is a quick spotlight on the event's N card, Tatara Ru. She does look rather plain un-idolized but, most if not all players would be able to idolize her making it a relative non-issue. Now, a quick word of advice before I end today's coverage, if you are planning to tier for this event, best be ready to invest a significant amount of Love Gems. Between Nico's popularity and the, recently introduced, Overflow LP (more on that in an article to come) the predicted cutoff have skyrocketed.
