SIF Coverage - SR New Year's Food Nozomi

Two-thirds through the current event, we are quickly approaching the end of Score Match Round 22. So far, things have been going pretty smoothly with no surges in the cutoffs short of the first day rush. That being said, we should always be prepared for a "Wonderful Rush" as there are many devoted Nozomi fans out there playing SIF.

Speaking of Nozomi, today we will be taking a closer look at the event's SR New Year's Food Nozomi. More specifically, the un-idolized version which is unlocked upon reaching 25,000 event points. Yes, I am aware that name "New Year's Food" does sound rather ridiculous but, it is a Japanese tradition which dates back more than a thousand years. Look it up, it is called Osechi.

Moving on to the things that do matter, here is SR Nozomi! At Level 1, this Smile attribute Nozomi does not flaunt too much with a paltry 3,650 Smile Points only. Even her outfit too is rather modest by Nozomi-standards. What does stand out though is her skill "Have a Great Year!" which is a really powerful Score Boost skill. A boost of 435 every 27 rhythm icons is no small feat!

At Level 60, her Smile Point do rise significantly to 4,480 points. This is fairly impressive considering Nozomi's core attribute is Pure. Idolize her and level her up all the way to level 80 and you will receive the 6th strongest Event Smile SR. Something which I am looking forward to at the end of the event!

You may or may not know, Nozomi is actually my favorite member of Love Live (original and Sunshine included) and is actually the reason I got into the Love Live franchise in the first place. As such, I always make it a point to put in extra effort into every Nozomi event! While her recent SR(s) have been rather ordinary, I am never disappointed with the Event SR version despite having slightly weaker overall stats. Needless to say, I have been waiting for this particular Nozomi for quite a while ever since I found out about it at the start of this year over on the JP server. Oh, and Nozomi's purple blouse looks great too! It really suits her hair color and, best of all, is her image color.

So tempting....
