SIF Coverage - SR Festival Kotori

With Umi having been unlocked, Kotori comes shortly after with only 5,000 event points in between this lovely couple. Just like Umi, Kotori looks to be dressed for the summer festivities. But, unlike Umi, this particular Festival Kotori is a force to be reckoned with.

Many SIF players, Kotori fans or otherwise, have been looking forth to this event for a long time now and for a good reason.

At Level 1, Kotori in her core attribute, Pure, sports 3,690 Pure Points which is nothing too much to shout about. Meanwhile, her skill, Festival Dress, is a pretty standard Perfect Lock skill. A low percentage chance of activating but, when it does the window is pretty long and chances come across very quickly (19 notes).

Even at Level 60, her Pure Points hover slight above the 4,500 point mark making her a rather unremarkable Pure SR at first glance. But, Festival Kotori holds a terrible secret which will make just about any player change their mind about getting her. Upon idolization and hitting Level 80, Festival Kotori becomes the No. 1 more powerful event Pure SR.

While rather unassuming, just like the yukata she has on, Kotori is poised to be an indispensable member of many player's Pure teams especially with her combination of high Pure points and a Perfect Look skill. It also helps that she looks just every bit as sweet as the cotton candy she has in hand. With that, comes an end to today's SIF coverage.
